Jeremiah Tussey is the Alliances Manager, Product Marketing for Data Center Solutions at Microsemi – a Microchip company. Jeremiah manages hardware and OS vendor alliances for SATA, SAS, and PCIe based products, and associated involvement in industry standards and events related to OpenPower, OpenCompute, PCI-SIG, NVMe, SAS, and SATA-IO, as well as key ecosystem-enabling platform vendors. He is also Vice President of the SCSI Trade Association.

In May of 2018, Microchip completed the acquisition of Microsemi as a wholly owned subsidiary. Prior to joining Microsemi, Jeremiah worked as a senior hardware applications engineer, transitioning into the senior alliance marketing manager at PMC-Sierra up until the acquisition by Microsemi in early 2016. Previously, Jeremiah also worked as a senior hardware applications engineer at Maxim Integrated and Vitesse Semiconductor (also separately acquired by Microsemi), before subsequent acquisitions. In total, he has nearly 20 years of experience in the storage industry, with focuses on SCSI, SATA, PCIe, and Fibre Channel products.

Jeremiah received his bachelor’s in electrical engineering from the University of Colorado.
