SATA-IO’s online informational resources include:

  • News & EventsStay up to date on SATA-IO news and events! In this section, we provide details on upcoming SATA-IO events and our presence at industry tradeshows. Also, you will find all SATA-IO press releases as well as member SATA product announcements.

  • SATA Technical Overview – The SATA bus architecture serves a variety of applications in the storage industry. In the “Technical Overview” section, we host detailed descriptions of each feature and form factor that SATA supports. Learn about everything from SATA Express and SATA M.2 to SATA Power Management and Native Command Queuing.

  • SATA Technical Library – SATA-IO periodically publishes white papers and other collateral that explains the details of new SATA specifications. The technical library also explores the reasoning behind many of SATA-IO technical decisions.

  • SATA Product Database – Our “SATA Everywhere” product database allows you to filter through a list of SATA industry products from member companies. Members are invited to submit additional products that leverage various SATA technologies. Submit your SATA product here.
