SATA-IO Launches v3.2 at Flash Memory Summit

SATA-IO unveiled SATA Revision 3.2 at the Flash Memory Summit (FMS), August 13-15, in Santa Clara, CA.

We hosted an informational booth to showcase the latest SATA technologies and demos from a variety of SATA members including HGST, Intel, Micron Technology, SanDisk and TE Connectivity. SATA Board Member Paul Wassenberg presented SATA v3.2: SATA Evolves as part of the Standards Session, and we hosted an informational table on SATA Express during the Beer, Pizza and Experts Chat.

We conducted multiple onsite media briefings to showcase the new features of the Revision 3.2 specification. The announcement received significant attention before, during and after the event, generating more than 15 unique articles in industry publications.
